Foundation of Power looks at the construction of power and how it disseminates throughout society. Looking at the founding of civilisation in Ancient Greece, to the Roman Empire and its agency on the modern world. Questioning the influence of architecture, form, and history which navigates and informs the sphere of politics, power, and race. The works juxtapose the contemporary visual landscape and the photographic archive, objects which construct hegemonic ideological discourse and the power structures within those frameworks.
